Children & Families
Jesus said, "Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for these children are God's joy."
- Luke 18:16
Children's Church
Children’s Church is an opportunity during worship for young ones and little littles through 2nd grade to join in hearing the Word of God in a way for them to relate in their understanding.
After the children’s message, the children who want to participate are invited to join in a brief time of God’s word, activity, and prayer. After the sermon, children will return to join their families to continue worship.
Once a month during the school year but the exact week varies based on church calendar needs, will be noted in the e-connect.
Sunday School
During the school year, children in PreK through 5th grade are invited for a time together to learn scripture, apply faith in their lives, and do so through activities and connection with one another.
This faith formation time will be after worship (around 11:00 AM) until 11:50 AM.
Per Atonement’s safe gathering policies, students must be signed in and out each class time.
Wednesday Night Kids Faith Formation With Families
A time and space for families with children age birth to 5th grade to engage together in growing in relationship with God and one another through a variety of games, crafts, and prayers.
Kids and their caring adults are invited Wednesdays from 6:15 PM to 7:00 PM during the school year.
Please check the church calendar for updated schedules and times as adjustments are made for church seasons and holidays.
